Practical
No tool tutorials for the sake of tools. Every session connects to decisions you actually make while planning and teaching.
Professional learning for K–12 educators
Practical, research-based professional development designed for real classrooms. Learn how to use digital tools to improve instruction, engagement, accessibility, and student learning.
Practical PD. Real classroom application. Built for working educators.
The idea behind it
Technology should improve teaching and learning — not just add another tool to the pile.
Why TeachTechGrow
Too much technology PD stops at the features. TeachTechGrow starts with instruction — what students need to think about, practice, and show — and works backward to the tools that make that possible.
No tool tutorials for the sake of tools. Every session connects to decisions you actually make while planning and teaching.
Instruction first, technology second. We start with the learning goal, then choose the tool that genuinely serves it.
Research-informed and manageable. You leave with something built, revised, or ready to use in your own classroom.

Professional Learning
TeachTechGrow develops practical, classroom-focused professional learning around meaningful technology integration, instructional design, student engagement, accessibility, and digital learning. Sessions are built for working educators: clear, applicable, and grounded in instructional purpose.
Choose and use digital tools because they support real learning goals, not because they are new.
Plan learning experiences that give students opportunities to think, practice, receive feedback, and show what they know.
Design activities that invite participation, interaction, and ownership through intentional use of technology.
Build flexibility into learning from the start so more students can access, participate, and succeed.
Move beyond digital worksheets. Use online spaces to create meaningful contexts for collaboration and creation.
How it works
Start with your goals, students, and context. We identify the learning needs first, then shape the right professional learning plan.
Engage in practical, focused learning with clear strategies, classroom examples, and time to explore and ask questions.
Create or improve something you can use with your own students right away, with feedback grounded in your classroom reality.
Professional learning is designed around your context, goals, and schedule.
About
TeachTechGrow was created by an experienced educator and technology coordinator who has designed and facilitated professional learning for teachers since 2014.
I spend my days in the same reality you do: full schedules, mixed comfort levels with technology, and students who need more than a digital worksheet. That’s why every learning experience starts with instructional purpose and ends with something you can actually put in front of students.
The goal isn’t to add more to your plate. It’s to make the technology you already have work harder for your teaching — clearly, manageably, and with real classroom payoff.
